New York City is providing in-home Covid-19 vaccinations to all residents ages 12 and over.
For these sites, you can also call the New York State COVID-19 Vaccination Hotline at 1-833-NYS-4-VAX (1-833-697-4829). Please note: this hotline will share availability identical to that of the website. The fastest way to access it is online at https://am-i-eligible.covid19vaccine.health.ny.gov/. Multiple languages are available through the hotline.
